Abstract: Peer Instruction (PI) is one specific, student-centered teaching, long term, large, interactive and inductive strategy, which refocuses the purpose of education on knowledge assimilation. Adoption of this strategy in Rumania is incipient, continuing to grow, and offers to teachers the opportunity to stress great and generous themes, like Electric Motors. Modern society`s reliance on the scientific discoveries of the technology represents the importance of physics in daily life. Peer Instruction draws upon the practices of modern methods, with the hope of improving the students’ learning. One of them is he method JiTT (Just-in-Time Teaching), that uses a collaborative Web-based classroom combined with almost any active group learning strategy - CLIL (Content and language integrated learning), Flipped classroom, Interdisciplinary project „The graph - the cell of civilization” (Outdoor learning), numerous, applications in techniques and a lot of experiments; and then, to respond to three questions to warm up the students’ thinking, before class meets. Metacognitive strategies empower the learner to manage his own learning in a highly meaningful way. Vee diagrams are tools to help learners construct the interacting elements that are involved in knowledge and for reach the focus question; they are an appropriate tool for Peer Instruction.
