Abstract:
The mentored is an activity in follow which the students obtain much knowledge, abilities, action skills and professional competences which permit achievement of the specific activities of the didactical profession. The success of the mentored activity depends on the preparation of the mentor and on the preparation and the interest of the student, on the nature of the interpersonal relations which establish between this. The success of the mentored activity assures the quality of the future educational process. There fore the paper presents some aspects of the mentored activity.
