Abstract:
Higher order corrections in models involving fermion mixing require the renormalization of fermion mixing matrices, like the quark mixing matrix or the neutrino mixing matrix. We study the renormalization of rephasing invariants for these matrices. The rephasing invariants allow a description of unitary matrices that is independent of a particular representation. For our calculations, we use the on-shell renormalization scheme.
