Abstract:
DNA/ligand interactions was monitored using different techniques: cyclic voltammetry, UV-VIS, fluorescence and ATR FTIR spectroscopy.
Electrochemical measurements were performed on a screen printed gold electrode.
The changes on DNA/ligand interactions were observed up to e-6M detection limit.
