Abstract:
The magnitude of the conductivity dispersion depends on the nature of the distribution function for the conductivity relaxation time. In the cases in which the dispersion is connected with the long-range transport of charge, both macroscopic electric field relaxation times and distribution function are derived from a impedance formalism using the electric modulus.
