Abstract:
Recent studies proved the influence of electrical atmosphere on living organism. It was observed that a negative atmosphere influenced differently the living bodies as compared with positive one. The ionisation of atmosphere around a plant can be achieved, for example, by a Corona discharge. We studied the effect of positive and negative Corona discharge on mustard plants. In this work an experimental study of the effect of positive Corona discharge on 5 days old mustard plants, is presented. Each plant was irradiated, one by one. The experimental lot had 50 plants and the irradiation was made with radiations of different doses. The intensity of photosynthesis, respiration and evolution of plants after irradiation was measured. It was observed that positive Corona discharge influences all these parameters.
