Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to study the role of monochromatic radiation upon growth and photosynthesis process of young plants from wheat seeds. Experimental results and the theoretical consideration have led us to the following conclusions: - The intensity of photosynthesis is higher in plants which growth under green, red and blue filters than white filter; - The length of plants under black filter is due to the lengthen of cells determinate by quantitative accumulation. In this stage, the growth of plants is realizing, in main, on glucide consumption from biological reserve of grain. - The red and blue filters stimulate the synthesis of chloroplasts and determine a glucyde accumulation bigger that in plants under green and black filters. - The electrophoreses in gel of peroxidesic isoenzyme makes not differences among the variants; so, the length way has not influence upon enzymatic activity.
