Abstract:
Between 2003-2007 took place in Romania Rural Education Project, financed by the World Bank and the Romanian Government. The aim of this project was the professionalization of teachers who teach primary and secondary education (compulsory education) in rural areas. Activities with theoretical and applicative, have approached teaching and evaluation techniques that can be applied in teaching all subjects in compulsory education, including physical. Teachers became aware of some methods of knowledge of students, student-centered interactive teaching and continuous evaluation and carried their practical applications for use in future teaching process, to achieve the final goal, namely, school success of all students. By applying new methods of classroom teaching and assessment has been a growing interest students in physics classes, which led immediately to improve their educational outcomes. Hours have become more beautiful, more dynamic, less stressful. Increased level of participation of pupils in lessons, with priority when teamwork. In schools where there are laboratories AeL (advanced e-learning) things are much better. AeL physics lessons constitute a new way to learn, in addition to those usually applied. Physics teachers are able to conduct virtual experiments, visualization of physical phenomena and achieving multiple choice tests in a short time and outcome is often found immediately by the students and they could easily self-assess.
