Abstract:
A number of radioactive isotopes were formed when a natural Silver target is activated with thermal neutrons. The only one detectable after a few decades is 108m-Silver isotope. Its presence in a radioactive concentration of 3.4 Bq / kg in an old Romanian p.a. Silver Nitrate was determined in an ultra low radiation background laboratory at IFIN-HH - the microBq Laboratory.
