Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to present an alternative formulation of Kepler`s problem in terms of new relativ invariant quantities such as the true Hamiltonian energy and angular momentum of the orbit. In the same context of PPN theory of gravitation, we also clarify the optical background of astronomical observation and elucidate the physical sense of the relativistic time invoked in the transcendental Kepler`s equation.
