Abstract:
The document examines all aspects associated with the measurement of organic hetero-structures:
1. The errors associated with measuring instruments;
2. Effect of noise in the measuring instruments;
3. The role of experimental design;
4. The noise generated in the measured sample;
5. Effect of work environment;
6. Effect of the structure of hetero-junctions.
Typical errors are exemplified for some important parameters.
The main experimental limitations are established.
