Abstract:
The polyaniline is one of the important polymers with remarkable electrical properties of a new generation of conductive polymers. This material combines electronic, and optical properties of semiconductors with classic polymers properties. Being a conductive polymer, polyaniline becomes of considerable interest for a variety of applications due to thermal and environmental stability, special optical properties, and very high conductivity compared with conventional semiconductors properties. The aim of this paper is to study the electrical conductivity dependence of the pressure and temperature for polyaniline obtained with different methods of polymerization. The polymer has investigated structural by Raman spectroscopy to find out a correlation with the morphology and conductivity as dependent of temperature. Keywords: semiconducting polymers, polyaniline
