Abstract:
Romanian education reform in the period 1997-2000 the main components included in the curriculum and management, which in light of the time were education policy priorities. Most teachers use in their training models that have been formed gradually on the basis of their educational experiences. Training model applied in the research made for improving the Physics teaching - learning - assessment is a model designed from the perspective of epistemology in science education and knowledge was gradually established, based on their teaching experiences. The proposed methodological model defined objectives / operational skills and principles didactic content selection and choice of means and methods of training and organizational forms of teaching and assessment of student progress are established so that students develop the ability to allow anticipate changes and adapt around them. In other words, the educational process helps develop the individual conditions for lifelong learning. Already operating under the guidance and maintaining a permanent dialogue with him, the student receives the help they need to develop capacity to proceed, and teachers need to use an impressive reserve talent and teaching skills, and human qualities, additional authority, such as empathy, patience and subject unreal to streamline the process of teaching – learning.
