Abstract:
The experimental data for the conductivity dispersion in porous silicon are presented in the electric-field relaxation function formalism. The fit of the experimental curves with those obtained with Fourier Transform of the derivative of the decay function gives the nonexponentiality degree of the electrical relaxation.
