Abstract:
In the current context of globalization, whole world has become a classroom. Huge amounts of information moving at lightning speed, so is required a continuing education based on using the digital technologies. The school must be dynamic, have to adapt to needs of the modern society. The reform, at which the Romanian school is submissive, can not have a limit horizon. Given the continuing change of the cultural and social reality, the school, which must meet the requirements of society in order to survive in this external environment which is in a permanent evolution, will be placed in a position in which is necessary to depart from this horizon as it near him. Investing in human capital and, in particular, the investment in education must become the most profitable investments because the size of the society development is not only given by economic indicators and quality of life indicators but also by the level of education of the population. Thus, the paper presents a way of ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of educational processes with the aid of the modern technology, focusing mainly on thinking levels from the Bloom’s taxonomy, on creating an emotional ambient optimal for deployment of the educational act centred on developing the multiple intelligences of the students. The educational activities should be centred on the student because the progress can be mastered only by performance, and the human resources are the key in this world competition.
