Ni-Cu thin films for magnetic applications have been produced by using an electrochemical method. Their structural and morphologic properties have been investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM and EDX) and are discussed in correlation with the growth conditions.
