Abstract:
Silicium porous is a redutable candidate for devices with high potential impact in biological and medical applications concerning detection, transport and interactions of the macromolecules, because these structures has amphoter properties and the silicium surface may be functionalized from hydrophobic to hydrophylic properties both by pretreatements and chemical processes.We propose the ab initio approaches for simulation of the surface interactions by discrete semiempirical potential model.
