Abstract:
This study deals with nanocomposites based on polyaniline-functionalized carbon nanotubes deposed on ITO by chemical polymerization of sulphate and 2,5 disulphate aniline monomer. The obtained thin films are investigated from structural point of view by Raman, FT-IR and UV-VIS-NIR spectroscopy. Surface characteristics are studied by AFM and optical microscopy.
