Abstract:
Some results on the squarefree decomposition of polynomials in Fq[x]are given. Finally, we apply those results to extend the applicability area of Yun`s algorithm to any monic polynomial from Fq[x]. We obtain squarefree decomposition using both the standard decomposition and Yun`s algorithm for k times, in a recursive way.
