Abstract:
The equivalent circuit modeling method is an common way to analyse the complex impedance spectra of any material system. This method simulates the circuit incorporating the elements “classic”as resistors, capacitors, inductors, serie and/or parallel, those impedance values fit the experimental values having the usual Nyquist and/or Bode representations. Thus, the equivalent circuit modeling represents one possible assignment of the circuit elements to physical phenomena of the system. We intend to use this method for the dielectric and electric characterization of the porous materials in that predomine the capacitive (interfaces) and resistive (bulk layers and ohmic contacts) components of impedance.
