Image processing techniques are performed on two
levels: preprocessing level for image enhancement and
image filter, and advanced level for pattern
recognition tasks. This paper propose a method of
filter implementation using neural networks algorithms
and an application of pattern recognition. These
algorithms are implemented using SNNS, C and Java, and
were tested on Computed Tomography (CT) Medical
Images.
