Abstract:
Usage of polymeric materials in civil construction applications is a relatively recent one, but it gained a remarkable extent, due to technological and financial advantages of these kinds of materials. The extention of the range of usage of these materials in nuclear facilities is a great interest preoccupation.In order the use cilchydic polymeric resins in the nuclear activities, it is necessary to know and to understand the intimate molecular structure of these materials.The results of the study on the obtaining methods and on the behaviours and aging in normal functioning conditions and in the ionizing radiation fields will allow determining optimal obtaining solutions for polymeric materials with physical and technological properties appropriate to be used in nuclear facilities.
