Abstract: Hydroxyapatite (HA - Ca10 (PO4)6 (OH)2 ) is a bioactive and resorbable material. The main components of this bioceramic material are easy for processing remaking on a normal metabolic way.
HA deposited on Ti develop the chemicals connections between tissues and implants. It is a filling material until the tissues develop.
This paper presents a study of the HA behavior deposited on both Si and Ti about many thermals and chemicals treatments.
The HA that making study is coating produces using a sputtering process. The analysis of HA was making by the optics microscopy.
