Abstract:
Most of the formulae occurring in the supersymmetric approach to the exactly solvable problems and in theory of coherent states are consequences of some general formulae concerning the functions of hypergeometric type [1]. A sistematic search for properties of these functions lying behind known particular results from quantum mechanics may lead to very useful generalizations, and opens a way to transfer results and methods among the quantum systems solvable in terms of hypergeometric type functions. A unified presentation of a large class of solvable potentials has been obtained in [2] by using a supersymmetric approach to the associated special functions, based on some raising/lowering operators proposed by Jafarizadeh and Fakhri [3]. The aim of our contribution is to present new results concerning this unified approach. References: [1] A. F. Nikiforov and V. B.
