Abstract: Tissue engineering is an emerging area in the contemporary human health care administration. The basic understanding of cellular biology and the application of bioengineering are harnessed together for developing feasible substitutes to aid in the clinical treatment associated with human nervous system. The aim of this work is to develop a complex biopolymer material for dressing and healing flesh wound. The biopolymer is obtained by combined electrospining with centrifugal deposition processes. PLLA poly (L-lactic acid) fibrous scaffolds with drug insertion were fabricated by an electrospinning technique under optimum condition and then deposited in centrifugal field over PLGA poly (glycolic acid). SEM, AFM, Raman and FT-IR spectroscopy, mechanical and optical techniques have been used to characterise the resulted biopolymers. The results show that the biopolymers have a good porosity to allow diffusion of wastes nutrients and water excess, with mechanical proprieties close to those of native skin too.
