Abstract:
Along four days the National Olympiad for Astronomy was held at Cluj-Napoca, and organized by Physics Faculty from Bucharest University in cooperation with the Institute of Astronomy of Romanian Academy from Bucharest and from Cluj-Napoca. In this communication we will present the main aspects from the Olympiad, the theoretical and practical problems will be discussed, and a list of winners will be presented. Some observation about teaching astronomy and astrophysics at high school and faculty will be discussed and ideas for the next Olympiad will be presented.
