The study of the activated 5-fluorouracil with optical quires for the eye-cancer tumours treatment

It is noticed that some cytostatics irradiated with LASER for a specific time and with certain wave-length had an accelerated actvities.

In this paper, we studied the solution of 5-fluorouracil in serum, used for the eye-cancer tumours treatment. We used the study of the absorbtion and fluorescence spectrums, realized with N2 LASER, to obtained the optimal irradiated time and optimal solution concentration. Relative, we used the same study with the 5-fluorouracil, irradiated with the UV lamp with Hg. Hereby, we obtained the optimal exposure to the optical quires. In this project we used rabbits. We create “the swelling tumours”, that can act very well the eye-cancer tumours. This tumours was injected with a small concentration of the 5-fluorouracil solution and after the pathological exam, we noticed the tumours regress.
