The enterpriser teacher is the teacher who approaches the studying process and all proposed activityes from the perspective of innovation, action, cooperation and of enterpriser paradigm of education. Is that person who involves in the extended school life and answers school life and community life provocation by creating, realizing and implementing educational projects.
School must become an incubator for realizing the forming profile of a enterpriser personality. This represents one of the most important provocations which the schools are faceing it today and that’s why the teacher represents the central element of creativity and dispersion of the culture, is the one who can encourage the pupils in finding the best instruments to assure a career and excel in progress of the abilityes which assure their success, to discover that they can be their own bosses.
