Abstract:
The analysis of phenomena that appear in the chaotic light emission process`s frame of a laser diode operating with external cavity has been achieved using numerically simulation of the evolution rate equations and using a Matlab-Symulink soft. The numerically simulation has a starting-point Lang-Kobayashi equations. We achieved the numerically simulation for an operating completely series of the laser diode, below threshold, at threshold and over threshold current. In conditions of an undiscriminating feed-back on frequency for an ECSL (external cavity semiconductor laser) system, in LFF (low frequency fluctuations) operating mode, it has been signalized the drop intensity output correlation of implicitly laser modes as well as of the spikes that about modulation are determinating the anvelop of this pulses. Once the LFF conditions are not established the modes become uncorrelated and the light emission enters in to the high chaotic state.
