Abstract: The term passive house is an European concept, introduced in 1987-1988 by Adamson and Feist. The key design of a passive house is the insulating quality and tightness of the building thermal envelope. The solution of the present work has the following aspects: windows equipped with three sheets of glass located on the South side, at least 30 inches of polystyrene for insulation, an intelligent ventilation system with geothermal heat pumps. By means of thermosolare panels equipped with vacuum collectors, domestic hot water is obtained. Power supply 220 V/50 Hz is obtained using solar or wind energy, if necessary. Food preparation is based on the gases obtained from the fermentor with a fermentation in solid substrate with leaching. The family food demands are obtained from various plantations in organic farming system of the own organic farm of 6 ha. [1] This paper tries to reach maximum efficiency from solar, wind and thermal energies and to capitalize the agronomic potential using only organic nature technologies.[2] The efficiency of organic farming is lower than the traditional agriculture, but this should be ignored when the main aims are to protect the environment and a healthy lifestyle.
