Abstract:
Holiday houses construction depends on the distance of travel, landscape, but not in the least, hobby and access to the utilities. Building the house design is based on two aspects: the use of efficient materials as "indigenous” combined with "evolved" materials of thermal energy, and ensuring energy and thermal conditions in order to meet the minimum required comfort according to environmental insurance and also the legislation in force. In this work the atmospheric conditions for Danube Delta (location of the passive house) are considered. Providing electricity and heat through solar energy and wind power will be carried out in parallel with the employ of the latest generation consumers of energy, for a minimum necessary consumption.
