Abstract:
In any of the European countries there are no specific support policies for students with bad results at scientific disciplines. Only a few European countries have launched the national programs to combat the bad results in exact sciences study in school. The most frequent practices to combat the bad results are: differential teaching, individual schooling, teaching assisted by colleagues, the tutorial and the grouping on abilities. In Romania, more and more high school students are facing difficulties in physics discipline. So I have been trying to identify the factors that can influence the attitude of students towards study, to apply different methods and modern strategies of teaching and assessing. Therefore, is essential to find the best opportunities for their personal and professional development. This paper presents some ways to reduce the gaps and to increase the interest in the study of physics, successfully used with the children having poor results from The "Dimitrie Gusti" Technological High School from Bucharest.
