Abstract:
This paper suggests an analysis of environmental and economic dimension of the real estate sector, particularly for an individual housing. Considering the present age of speed and technology, people have to be careful about pollution and self-destruction of the environment and must take into account the possibilities offered by nature. This project highlights the importance of replacing fossil fuel energy with green energy: solar and Aeolian energy to reduce waste, to minimize consumption, increase the national energetic security, improve the economy and reduce pollution. The most important advantages of solar and wind energy are: infiniteness, pureness and cheapness. People are studying them because of the trends manifested in human development. Nowadays we live a general crisis of energy, raw materials, natural resources, protection and reliability. This paper is a study conducted to perform a calculation of the necessary energy for a house in Bragadiru village. This presentation is based on evaluation sun and wind maps. The energy efficiency is studied through analyzing eQuest program. By the help of ECOVOLT program we can set the necessary equipment for the production of electricity to power the house.
