Abstract:
In this paper we propose a numerical procedure to solve a generalized Prandtl's type equation where the unknown is the circulation. By means of a Gauss type quadrature and a Chebyshev polynomial interpolation we determine the unknown function at Chebyshev nodes. Further we test the influence of the curvature in the case of the elliptical flat plate wing with a parabolic quarter-chord line.
