Abstract: In this contribution studies for upgrade two existent dosimeters RD2007 and RD2014 are done. RD2007 is a sophisticated nuclear radiation sensor combining Si-PIN diodes, low noise amplifier and discriminator pulse in one device. It is able to detect complex fields of beta, gamma and X-rays. In this case high performance sensor is supported by a very good price / performance ratio. In the case of model RD2014 the performance of the solid state sensor are combined with a high protection at electrostatic fields making it a good choice for detectors with new design and for modernization. For these detectors data acquisition circuits were developed.
