Abstract:
The macroscopic behaviour of the solution of a dynamic coupled thermoelasticity problem in a periodic composite material formed by two connected constituents with imperfect contact at their interface is analyzed. The homogenized problem, derived via the periodic unfolding method, contains new coupling terms involving the macroscopic displacement and temperature fields.
