Abstract:
The sun lies in the center of the solar system – it continuously emits energy in the fields: the light, invisible – IR, UV, X, gamma, radio waves, plasma. Solar energy is considered one of the cleanest forms of energy, with great usage potential; it is safe, easy to exploit, unpolluted for the human being and the environment, independent of the rise of petrol products price. In order to build a passive house nearby Piatra-Neamț town, we have to consider issues connected with: location - if this presents characteristics with energy potential – solar energy for 4-5 hours a day; house positioning and its roof top; electric energy consumption (the necessary photovoltaic panels depend), but also aspects in connection with the solar panels: what they are, how they work, which are the benefits and duration, how it is settled, how electricity can be obtained at night, the role of the inverter and its importance, risks, cleaning, maintenance, costs. The design process of the photovoltaic installation also has to consider the data obtained in the following stages: inspection and surrounding analysis of settlement: proportioning of photovoltaic installation; energy which must be produced; installing the photovoltaic panels; the power – BOS performance; budget; testing. It is difficult and costly to turn a traditional house into an energetically independent house, but a passive house which reduces with 70-80% the necessary energy may represent everything that a family needs (even if it is not energetically independent). The purpose of the passive houses is not only to produce energy but also to achieve efficiency and consume energy so that the necessary one should be as little as possible.
