Abstract:
Heavy ion collisions experiments, starting from (s_NN )=2GeV to LHC energies range, have shown collective motion of resulting particles. The anisotropy of flow is directly correlated with the initial state of collision. The partonic degree of freedom in early stage of interactions play an important role regarding how the matter is distributed after collisions. In this work we present an overview of observables and methods used for analyzing collective phenomena in heavy ion collisions. Our analysis is focused on experimental point of view, especially the case of CBM experiment, and takes into account the posibility of use some clasical observables like thrust, directivity and sphericity as well as some relatively new techniques like interparticle correlations methods for flow analysis.
