Abstract:
The electrical the phenomena of in Earth's atmosphere still represent a great unknown to the modern science. The importance of deepening the knowledge in this domain is particularly greater since it is possible that the electrical phenomena in the atmosphere (and their external or internal causes) could have a special role in the mechanism of global climate and especially in the changes of climate, whether cyclic or not. Among the processes and phenomena of the atmospheric electricity that attract attention are the phenomena of forming and transmission of electron beams for long distances, under the joint action of some specific environmental factors: the air movement (wind), the ionizing solar radiation, particularly the UV-C (far ultraviolet) radiation, the atomizing processes and the interaction / electrification of water droplets and aerosols, etc. . The study comprised in our paper tries to give some assumptions about these natural processes and phenomena, in the meantime anticipating their industrial use patterns.
