Abstract:
In the design of green-grower farms, ensuring and maintaining the optimum conditions for growth represents the biggest challenge. The state of the art in this field consists of greenhouses covered with polymers roofs that don't take in consideration the thermal energy reviews. In this study we propose an innovative roof and heating system. The ventilation system is using only renewable energy systems such as: fuel cells, bio gas, solar panels, photovoltaic panels. To achieve the strong relationship between the structure , the cover and other equipment that allows to ensure the perfect environment for growth independent of the outside conditions, the design of the structure and the covers were made using software such as Archicad and Solidworks, at all times taking in consideration the guidelines resulting from the thermal energy reviews obtained with the help of energy software such as : Homer, EQuest, RetScreen and Edificius. Not only that, the concept design was brought to life on a scale model using high precision laser cutters that allows for further testing.
