Abstract:
The paper refers to the concept of a configuration of electrical power supply and heating from renewable and alternative energy sources, so as to confer a higher as possible level of energetic independence . The situation debated in the project refers to a holiday house, built as P + 1 + M, built of brick and reinforced concrete structure, located in Telega. Telega is a village in the mountainous area, in the county of Prahova with the following geographical coordinates: latitude 45,15 oN , longitude 25,80 oE . The calculation of heat consumption required is based on heat balance carried out, based on the Methodology for calculating the energy performance of buildings and the Law no. 372/2005 regarding the energy performance of buildings. Similarly, the establishment of demand electricity is made starting from the total power installed, taking into account all consumers of electricity in the building. The solution chosen to cover the electrical and thermal energy consumption consists in a hybrid system, consisting of photovoltaic panels, solar thermal panels, wind turbine, central heating on fuel derived from biomass (wood pellets). Depending on the demand for thermal and electrical energy, it will be determined the optimal solution and configuration of power, necessary equipment, equipment suppliers, total cost, total efficiency and payback period of investment. Regarding the required investment, there have been taken into consideration the facilities offered by the Romanian State to encourage and promote the use of renewable energy sources and alternative financial support schemes such as the "Green House" or Sectored Operational Program "Harnessing renewable energy to produce green energy". To solve the technical aspects and to establish the optimal solution for designing and developing, there will be used the following softwares: RetScreen, Homer and eQUEST.
