Abstract:
This paper suggests a proposal of several methods that could lead to increasing the economy, safety and automating functions and tasks for our house. All these are implemented to ease operation and maintenance. The proposed measures focus on the following sub-domains that are considered of interest: physical security, building automation related comfort and increasing energy efficiency. Internet of Things (IoT) is a huge network things are interconnected with people. Relationships are now between people-people, people-things and things-things. The new rule for the future will be that anything that can be connected will be connected. The combination of equipment proposed in this paper lead to a construction of a robust energy balance. According to these results, analysis of energy savings potential is performed.
