Abstract:
The search for new solutions for the conversion of the energy from one form to another using the best possible yield is one of the main directions of action in the efforts to achieve converters capable of working in conditions of reliability and economy. The predicted global energy crisis can be overcome only with the economic use of the energy resources. Therefore, our study, along with the experimental work, aims to obtain a converter model capable of converting the magnetic energy into mechanical energy under much better conditions than the conventional electric motors. For this purpose, our experimental activity has chosen to introduce several fundamental changes in the classical schemes, using atypical magnetic circuits and spectra, new operating principles for machines equipped with magnetic parts powered with pulsed direct current. The results of these experimental works along with their mathematical interpretation are meant to open some new research directions in order to obtain the final results with industrial applicability.
