Abstract:
Thin films of poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) on indium tin oxide (ITO) glass were prepared by spin coating technique. High frequency capacitance-voltage (C-V) and current-voltage (I-V) characterization were carried out on these systems, with the films as the insulator layer to evaluate the electrical properties. The obtained films were also experimentally investigated using AFM and SEM microscopy to analyze the status of the polymer layers after different methods of treatment.
