Abstract:
We are studying a comparison between TiO2 (titanium oxide), for photoelectrochemical applications. This study presents the preparation and characterization of TiO2 (anatase , Rutel ) by sol-gel method and precipitation method . TiO2 was evaluated in a photoelectrochemical cell related to the photocurrent density and its photodegradation of methylene blue (MB) in solution and characterized by XRD, SEM and FTIR.
