Abstract: The aim of this paper is to introduce a simple free of charge web – integrated measurement software tool which can be used in a wide range of physics experiments where measurements with quite good precision of time, distance or angle are needed. The tool is web - integrated, using Java technologies working on often used web browsers. It was specially designed to be used on smartphone or tablet android, but it can be used with some limitations on PC or laptop connected on the internet. With distance and time calibration options it can be successfully used to make measurements of moments of time and angle and/or distances by analyzing movies of fast or slow time lapse phenomenon instant filmed as well as taken pictures with a digital camera. The tool can be used in an ordinary class as well as in a physics laboratory. Several case studies of experimental procedures and using details are presented.
