Abstract:
At the moment, billions of people are accessing the Internet, and billions more are turning on the lights in their homes. In Romania today, almost 100,000 homes are not connected to electricity, which is both a social and a legal issue.
This paper discusses Romania's energy potential, how green energy is managed and why some people choose not to be connected to electricity. This study is based on data from the National Institute of Statistics.
Finally, possible long-term and short-term solutions to this problem are discussed. The solutions are based on the energy potential of the targeted area, certain laws, economic rights and opportunities.
