Abstract:
We report here the synthesis of eggshells (ES) doped ternary metallic oxide (NiZnCr-O2) nanocomposite where the ES concentration was xES= 0 and xES = 0.05. The final samples was obtained after the calcination of ternary triple hydroxide (NiZnCr-TH) nanocomposite at 650°C. Thephysico-chemical properties of finalNiZnCr-TH nanocomposite were characterized by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) was used for the chemical analysis of synthesized samples. The preliminary results obtained in this study highlight the importance of NiZnCr-TH treated at 650oC in improving the properties of soft magnetic composites (SMC) that could be used in the development of electromagnetic devices, especially electric motors.
