Abstract: Integrating the technology of the Internet of Things in space missions allows for optimized management of spacecraft subsystems and the acquisition of quantitative scientific data. The main objective of this investigation is to define an appropriate structure for health monitoring of personnel using the Internet of Things (IoT) sensors. The proposed framework was implemented in C#, and virtual IoT devices were inserted. Moreover, the proposed platform is also useful in microgravity as it monitors physiological parameters such as pulse rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, body temperature, and carbon dioxide. The security of the platform was ensured to protect the confidentiality of the health staff's information.
