Abstract:
The thin films laid in plasma become an efficient method of obtaining new materials. Using the DAP method (laying at an incident angle close to 90 degrees) leads to new morphological structures identified by atomic force microscopy (AFM). The thermal treatment leads to an increase in the order of the film at macroscopically level as well as at nanometrically one.
